The next MBSR class begins July 15th 2025.
This 8 week program is designed to help individuals manage stress, improve mental well-being, and enhance overall health through mindfulness practices. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, MBSR integrates mindfulness meditation and yoga to promote self awareness and reduce stress. If you are interested in learning more about how to reduce stress, this is the worksop for you!
Our work is rooted in evidence-based research on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions and ancestral wisdom. Our approach helps teams reconnect with their innate strengths, release limiting narratives, and lead and live with authenticity. Together, we cultivate clarity, resilience, and transformation—from the inside out.
